About Us
Frontier Psychiatry was created in 2019 by passionate psychiatrists who believe that every community deserves access to great psychiatric care. We feel that smaller, underserved communities are often overlooked or overcharged by larger telepsychiatry companies looking to grow their business quickly. We know that one-size-fits-all telepsychiatry does not work. As a result, we decided to launch Frontier Psychiatry by collaborating with healthcare organizations in rural states, starting with Montana, working with local partners to assess and overcome regional barriers to care. Job Description The IT support associate provides remote technical support to clinicians and their supportive operations staff to ensure the proper and effective use of clinical information systems and the streamlined delivery of high quality patient care. The IT associate will report to a manager that oversees technology systems and innovation and will be tasked with managing and supporting all technological systems used by our practice. Additionally, the onboarding, implementation, and maintenance of access as well as compliance with regulations governing protected health information will be owned by the IT support associate. Our team delivers expert troubleshooting, configuration, and system management support to our providers and operations staff. This position has an emphasis on soft skills and detailed troubleshooting on a high volume of concerns. Responsibilities
