Kristie graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Professional Counseling (CMHPC) from Walden University in 2021 and is currently licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Candidate (PCLC). She is currently enrolled in the PHD program for Forensic Psychology. Kristie received the leadership to success award for professional counselors in 2021. Since moving to Montana in 2006, Kristie has held various positions that allowed her to gain knowledge and experience in the counseling profession. She has provided counseling services in various fields which include school-based, medical, corrections, and private practice. Kristie's passion is helping individuals bridge gaps within themselves and their communities. Her approach is holistic person-centered and solution focused with empathy and compassion. Kristie is trained in motivational interviewing, forensic interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. She is hoping to obtain my LAC in the near future.
