LIFTS     Linking Infants and Families to Supports. A project of Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies to link families to events, resources, and support across Montana. Also offers an anonymous warmline to help parents locate resources (note: this is not a crisis line): (406) 430-9100
Parenting Montana     An easy to use tool that supports a child's success from birth through adolescence. The site provides age-specific tools for anyone parenting a child, including actions and sample phrases to support children experiencing tantrums, routine challenges, and stress. In addition to age-specific tools, the website features a helpful podcast and how-to-videos.

Montana Parent Magazine    ​A free local magazine that highlights activities, summer camps, family-friendly events, and parenting content from babies to college-aged youth.

Breathe, Think, Do with Sesame    Ages 4-8. Breathe, Think, Do with Sesame helps teach kids about uncomfortable feelings and ways to self-soothe. Presented in a game format, kids work to help calm down a frustrated Sesame Street monster. (Also available in Spanish)
eQuoo, The Next Generation    AeQuoo is an emotional health app created to help kids develop strong mental health. It focuses on emotional fitness through five core areas of the app: personal growth, anti-depression, anti-anxiety, relationship skills, and resilience
