WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A COMMUNITY PARTNER?
When you become a Community Partner with Frontier Psychiatry you get full access to your patients medical record, full scheduling access as well as a Calendar for your facility.
WHAT DO I NEED IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE MY PATIENT?
You will need your patients complete demographics as well as insurance information prior to scheduling an appointment.
WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
Frontier Psychiatry accepts Allegiance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, First Choice Health, Medicaid, Medicare, Pacific Source, Tricare & Triwest.
Patient safety. what will frontier psychiatry not prescribe?
Patient safety is our paramount concern. Given there is overwhelming evidence the use of certain medications may cause dependence and result in overdose, Frontier Psychiatry Providers do NOT prescribe:
-Opioids (including methadone and tramadol)
-Benzodiazepines considered to be high risk (including alprazolam)

Please fax any requests for patient records to 833-465-3766. All requests must be received on official letterhead.
