Frontier Psychiatry's No-Show Policy
We need your help to achieve our core mission of making psychiatry accessible to all Montanans by 2025.
Frontier Psychiatry strives to make services available to every Montanan in need of care. Each no-show represents a lost opportunity to care for both the patient who was scheduled as well as another patient who would have benefited from having that appointment instead.
We understand things happen and can excuse the first time a patient no shows without charging a fee. The second no-show will result in a $25 charge. The third no-show may result in a $50 charge, suspension of services and review by our medical staff leadership to determine if continuity of care may be restored.

DO YOU OFFER THERAPY or counseling SERVICES?

DO I NEED A PSYCHIATRIST OR A PSYCHOLOGIST? WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?
A psychiatrist is a trained medical doctor that can prescribe medications and spend the majority of their time with the patient focusing on medication management. A psychologist focuses on psychotherapy and does not prescribe medications.
DO YOU PROVIDE IN PERSON APPOINTMENTS?
No, we are a telepsychiatry practice and all of our appointments are held over Zoom
