Sarah Porter-Osen
Director of Operations
Sarah Porter-Osen started her career working in the medical profession in 2002. She has over 19 years of progressive clinical experience working in a hospital and clinic setting in regards to leadership and education in Montana. Ms. Porter-Osen has over 6 years of program development in psychiatric and behavioral health services. She is a passionate advocate for eliminating disparities and creating innovative approaches to provide patients access to quality healthcare. Ms. Porter-Osen has been a leader in creating and sustaining Project ECHO in Montana. She was instrumental in delivering the first Psychiatry Residency Training Track in partnership with the University of Washington to Montana. Her children, Payton and Camden, are attending universities to obtain degrees in Nursing and Radiology. Outside of work, Ms. Porter-Osen enjoys volunteering, exploring and traveling.
